  5.          REPORT  Templates  are  created  for  all  displays  and 
  6.          reports  desired.  They will be assigned a number  0-99. 
  7.          Report Template.00 will be the main menu template, which 
  8.          is  automatically displayed on start-up.  A default MENU  
  9.          (BP-ENV.F00) is used when the Report Template.00  is not 
  10.          available. These report templates are also created using 
  11.          any screen editor or word processor available.  They all 
  12.          follow  the general rules concerning report  generation.
